We’re a third generation family-owned business located on Main Street in the charming North Yorkshire village of Flixton. Our spacious and peaceful site is perfect for people who like to relax at the heart of nature, all while enjoying the comfort and convenience of a modern holiday home park.
Our family-friendly site covers 13 acres and caravans take up only a third of the area, leaving plenty of space for unbroken views of glorious North Yorkshire countryside. Our beautiful field is ideal for walking the dog, getting some exercise, playing with the kids, or simply taking a leisurely stroll and admiring the local ecosystems.

We believe we’ve struck the perfect balance with our meticulously maintained site, as we’re large enough to accommodate multiple caravans but small enough to offer a friendly community where you can retain your privacy if desired. Rather than having a noisy entertainment venue, we keep our site calm and tranquil, allowing residents to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
Thanks to our semi-rural location, people staying at Flixton Caravan Park can drive to Filey in around 12 minutes and Scarborough in 20 minutes, with many pubs, restaurants and supermarkets dotted in between. There are plenty of local attractions within a short drive too, which means there’s plenty to see and do whilst staying with us. If you’d rather remain on site, our green pasture offers spectacular views of Scarborough and the Vale of Pickering.

We have high-quality caravans for sale that have been supplied by our trusted dealer Bridlington Caravan Centre, which are already on our site. Alternatively, get in touch with our team to see if you can bring a caravan that you already own (a coming on fee will be payable). You’ll find that our site fees are very competitive and we’re dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

We have a fantastic Warden called Harry who is a resident at Flixton Caravan Park during the opening period (1st March to 31st December). Harry loves helping our customers and making sure that everyone has everything they need to stay safe, comfortable and happy.
