When is the site open?
Flixton Caravan Park is open from 1st March to 31st December.
Is there an age limit for caravans?
Yes, caravans have a 20-year age limit.
Can I buy a caravan from any dealer?
Yes, you can buy a caravan from any dealer with prior arrangement. However, we work closely with Bridlington Caravan Centre and highly recommend their products.
Is there parking for guests?
The park offers parking space for guest vehicles, making it easy for friends and loved ones to visit you.
Do you have facilities for disabled people?
Yes, the park has an accessible wet room with shower and toilet. The Warden is also available to assist with any access issues.
Can I bring my own caravan?
Many of our customers have brought their own caravan onto our site.
If you’d like to do this, please get in touch with us first so that we can ensure it meets our criteria. It should be fine as long as the caravan is less than ten years old and in good condition.
A coming on fee is payable as well as our regular site fees.
Can I check my caravan during the close period?
Yes, you can visit your caravan during the close period for maintenance and improvements.
Can I rent out my caravan?
Yes, but only to close family members and with prior arrangement from the Warden.
Can I purchase gas on the site?
Yes, we sell high-quality gas on our site to maximise convenience for our customers.

You’ll find our peaceful and scenic caravan park at Main Street, Flixton, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 3UD.
Could I sell my caravan on site?
Yes, but certain conditions must be met. Please get in touch for further details.
How many vehicles can I have on the park?
You can have one vehicle per caravan but other space is available if required. Please ask us for more details.
Is there any entertainment or a social venue on the park?
No, we are a quiet family-orientated park where people can relax in tranquil surroundings. However, there are numerous venues close by – take a look at the local attractions that are all within a short drive.
