The Caravan Park is a country site, catering for those who enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the countryside. Small enough to be friendly but with enough space to retain your own privacy if desired.

Situated in the village of Flixton at the foot of the Wolds some seven miles from both Scarborough and Filey.

The site covers approximately 13 acres with caravans covering approximately a third of the area. The remaining space is left to green pasture, over which our clients are free to explore and enjoy the spectacular views of Scarborough and the Vale of Pickering.

All of the pitches are fully serviced and have all weather limestone standings.

Local facilities, within a two mile radius, include Supermarkets, public houses and other eateries.

The site is serviced by wardens who are resident on the site during the opening period - 1st March to 31st December.
